COSQOOL — third-party open-source notices (public site)

The free PDF tools at /tools/ (and /en/tools/) run entirely in the visitor's browser. They are built with the open-source
software below, which is shipped with this site. COSQOOL wrote the pages, the copy and the processing flows around these
engines; the engines themselves are unmodified. No document a visitor selects is sent to COSQOOL or to anyone else.

pdf.js (pdfjs-dist 6.3.289) — Apache License 2.0

These two tools also run in the visitor's browser. The runtime is shipped with this site; the model weights are downloaded by the
visitor's browser from the Hugging Face Hub only after the visitor confirms the download, and are cached by the browser. No text a
visitor types or dictates is sent to COSQOOL or to anyone else in browser mode.
