,Semester 2 Islamic Studies
Course by Cosqool
. This semester focuses on
the fundamental pillars of Islam
, faith (Iman), and Islamic jurisprudence
(fiqh) related to prayer and proper etiquette
in places of worship. The course follows
the Saudi Arabian national curriculum
and helps students develop a deeper
understanding of their religious practices.
Course Content:
In this semester, students will study
the remaining Pillars of Islam
, including fasting (Sawm)
, Hajj (pilgrimage to Mecca)
, and the principles of faith (Iman) in Allah
, His angels, and other articles of faith
. The course also focuses on the conditions
and importance of prayer (salah) and includes
lessons on proper etiquette when entering
and leaving the mosque. Furthermore
, students will learn about congregational
prayer (Salat al-Jama’ah) and important
verses, including Ayat al-Kursi
. The semester concludes with
lessons on the power of du’a
(supplication) and the appropriate
times to make supplications.
