All subjects of the chosen school grade for Semester 1 and Semester 2 — the video lessons with their quizzes — plus the AI study workspace, parent progress reports and the virtual labs for the whole paid period. Qudrat and Tahsili are separate programmes: add one or both to the grade, or subscribe to them on their own.
Yes. Qudrat and Tahsili are standalone programs: subscribe to one or both on their own, or add them to a grade package. Each program has Monthly, 6-Month and Yearly durations, and the Plans page shows the price of every available combination.
Each plan is one payment for its whole period — one month, six months or a full year of access. The savings shown on the 6-Month and Yearly cards compare that single payment with paying the current monthly price for the same grade and programmes over the same length of time (6 × or 12 × the monthly price), rounded to the nearest whole per cent; they are not a former price. The cards above show the exact current amount for every combination before you pay.
On the checkout page, after you sign in or create your account: open “Have a discount code?”, enter the code and press Apply — the price updates before you pay. One code applies per order and only within its own conditions (the plans, durations or accounts it was issued for, its dates and its usage limit); a code that does not apply is refused with the reason.
Access opens only after the server confirms the payment outcome; a payment that fails or is cancelled opens nothing. Once confirmed, the courses of your program appear in My Courses and under Subscription in Profile & account, where the program is listed with its included courses by semester. Access lasts for the period you paid — one calendar month, six months or a year from the confirmed payment — and ends on that date unless the plan is renewed; your courses stay listed in your dashboard with their lessons locked until you renew.
Automatic renewal is offered only where a card can be saved to your account: you agree to it at checkout, the subscription then renews at the interval you chose at the price shown before you paid, and your dashboard shows the next payment amount and date. If you cancel, renewal stops at once: your access continues until the paid end date, nothing more is charged and nothing is refunded automatically; you can turn renewal back on before that date. While saving a card is not offered, nothing is charged automatically and your plan simply ends on its end date. If your plan has already ended you can still sign in: your courses, progress and receipts stay on the account, and you renew from Account → Subscription (Renew the same plan) or from the Plans page.
Yes, from Subscription in your dashboard (Manage plan). Adding Qudrat or Tahsili is priced there before you pay and opens right after the payment is confirmed, until your current end date. Removing a programme or choosing another duration takes effect at your next renewal: everything you paid for stays until then, and the new price is shown as your next payment. Nothing is charged without your agreement.
Send your request through the Contact Us form within 7 days of the payment and quote the receipt number shown under Payments and receipts in your dashboard (the "Request a refund" link there opens the form with it). Our team reviews every request and replies by e-mail. Sending a request does not stop your access.
