What you need

A COSQOOL account with an active subscription. The advisor opens from the floating button in the dashboard; there is nothing to install.

How to use it

Sign in and open your dashboard.
Open the advisor and choose the character you prefer.
Write your question in Arabic or English.
Follow the link it offers, or ask for a smaller next step.

Good to know

It is automated. It does not replace a teacher, and it is not a counselling service.
It reads only your own recorded progress and cannot see another student's account.
It cannot change your subscription, grades or results. Account, payment and refund questions go to Contact Us.
It writes up to 80 AI replies a day for each account. After that it still answers, from its built-in guidance, until the next day.
It keeps only a short recent part of the conversation so it can follow up.
