General Education Affairs Council Approves the Regulatory Bylaw for Private Educational Institutions

The General Education Affairs Council approved the regulatory bylaw for private educational institutions, in implementation of the General Education Law. The bylaw comprises 25 articles distributed across seven chapters, regulating the licensing and operation of private educational institutions, their tuition fees and obligations, and establishing a framework to enhance governance, transparency and compliance monitoring. The bylaw represents a strategic step to enhance, enable and support the growth of investment in private education, supports beneficiaries' rights, and defines the responsibilities and obligations of private educational institutions.
