Real Estate Registry Begins In-Kind Registration in Makkah, Tabuk, Qassim and Madinah Regions

The Real Estate Registry announced the start of receiving first in-kind registration applications for (38,607) real estate plots in the Makkah, Tabuk, Qassim and Madinah regions. Owners of properties located within the announced districts must register their properties before the end of Thursday, 14 January 2027. Registration is available through the Real Estate Registry platform or its application, and the property's location can be verified through the platform.
