cosqool operates on a subscription model. Creating an account is free and needs no plan: after you verify your e-mail you can sign in and open the dashboard, your profile and your calendar. Lessons and the other paid features open when your account has active access: a subscription for the school grade or programme you chose (both semesters together) for the duration you picked, or a complimentary period granted to your account. To start, choose your grade or programme and a duration on the Plans page; you can create the account during checkout or sign in to the one you already have, and your selection is kept.

Sign in and use the Dashboard button in the top bar of the website, or open cosqool.com/dashboard. The dashboard side menu holds Home, My Courses, My Calendar, My Progress, My Library, AI Study and Labs; Profile & account opens from your picture in the header. The dashboard opens as soon as your e-mail is verified, even before you choose a plan; lessons and the other paid features stay locked until your account has active access, which you choose on the Plans page.

Kids Mode is a simpler dashboard for younger students built around the same courses and progress. A parent switches it on from the dashboard header and can protect the switch with a Parent Lock PIN; progress and saved work are shared between the two views.

Yes — the PDF Tools (merge, split, organize, rotate, compress and convert PDF files, and more) are free; one free cosqool account, with no subscription or payment, lets you use all of them and every other free tool. Every tool runs inside your browser: your files are read from your device into memory, processed there and offered back as a download; cosqool never receives or stores them, and nothing is saved to your account. Find them in the homepage footer under “PDF Tools”.

Yes — the Quran memorization tool (at /tools/quran-memorization/) is free; practice starts with one free cosqool account, which also unlocks every other free tool, with no subscription or payment. Choose a surah and a range of ayat, listen, hide words to recall them, and rate your own recall to schedule review. It does not use AI, and it does not listen to or assess your recitation. Your progress is saved to your account, so you can continue on any device.

Yes. The Saudi Admission Calculator estimates a university's weighted admission score from your scores using that university's own published formula. It is free with one free cosqool account, which also unlocks every other free tool, with no subscription or payment. It runs in your browser and your scores are never sent anywhere; you can choose to remember them on this device only.

cosqool's school courses follow the Saudi Ministry of Education curriculum taught in public and private schools, for Grades 1 to 12 across Semester 1 and Semester 2. Qudrat (General Aptitude Test) and Tahsili (Achievement Test) are separate exam-preparation courses, built around the official test content rather than a school-grade curriculum.

cosqool offers the Tahsili and Qudrat test preps in Arabic, the language of the tests themselves.

All subjects of the chosen school grade for Semester 1 and Semester 2 — the video lessons with their quizzes — plus the AI study workspace, parent progress reports and the virtual labs for the whole paid period. Qudrat and Tahsili are separate programmes: add one or both to the grade, or subscribe to them on their own.

AI Study is a workspace in the dashboard. You can chat with a study tutor, and you can upload a PDF or paste your own text to create a summary, flashcards, a quiz or a flowchart from it. Your materials are saved to your account for a limited time: the Materials list shows the planned deletion date and lets you keep or delete each one. Generated materials carry page references, and if some pages of a PDF could not be read, the workspace names them instead of guessing.

Labs is a dashboard section with prepared interactive experiments: circuits in Physics (light a lamp, switches, series and parallel, resistance, a capacitor), particles in Chemistry (heating and cooling, diffusion, pressure, states of matter) and cells in Biology. Choose an experiment, press Play, change the controls and restart as often as you like. Labs are for exploring and are not graded.

A free public section with three short activities of about 3–5 minutes each: what could help you study, what you enjoy exploring, and which strengths you can build on. The activities are free with one free cosqool account — the same account unlocks every free tool, with no subscription or payment; results appear immediately with two or three practical things to try. It is a reflection tool, not a test or a diagnosis, and your answers stay in your browser and are never linked to your account.

Play & Learn, inside Kids Mode, offers general practice games for Grades 1 to 6 built around everyday skills for that grade. A game in progress is saved so a student can continue it later, but Play & Learn does not award grades or scores to the account.

Most video lessons end with a short quiz. Results are saved to My Progress, kept separate from the Qudrat/Tahsili simulated exams, and can be reviewed by course.

No, each subscription covers one grade level. You can add Qudrat or Tahsili to that grade, or subscribe to them on their own. Choosing a 6-Month or Yearly plan instead of Monthly lowers the cost per month for every grade and test-prep package; the Plans page shows the exact current price for each combination.

A cosqool subscription gives one student access to every included subject of the selected grade, all semester lessons, quizzes and the learning tools, for the whole subscription period. Billed monthly, a grade package is 99 SAR per month (Grade 1 is displayed at 98.99 SAR). Paid yearly, the same package is 599 SAR once, which works out to about 50 SAR per month; the 6-month payment is 399 SAR. For comparison, a single private tutoring session in Saudi Arabia is often quoted at roughly 150 to 200 SAR per hour, and that covers one subject for one hour; rates vary by city, subject and tutor. One month of cosqool costs less than one such session and covers all the subjects in the grade, available at any time. Exact current prices are on the Plans page.

Each plan is one payment for its whole period — one month, six months or a full year of access. The savings shown on the 6-Month and Yearly cards compare that single payment with paying the current monthly price for the same grade and programmes over the same length of time (6 × or 12 × the monthly price), rounded to the nearest whole per cent; they are not a former price. Per-day figures divide the price by 30, 180 or 365 days and show whole riyals; they are an approximation, not a billing rule. The cards above show the exact current amount for every combination before you pay.

Yes. Qudrat and Tahsili are standalone programs: subscribe to one or both on their own, or add them to a grade package. Each program has Monthly, 6-Month and Yearly durations, and the Plans page shows the price of every available combination.

Access opens only after the server confirms the payment outcome; a payment that fails or is cancelled opens nothing. Once confirmed, the courses of your program appear in My Courses and under Subscription in Profile & account, where the program is listed with its included courses by semester. Access lasts for the period you paid — one calendar month, six months or a year from the confirmed payment — and ends on that date unless the plan is renewed; your courses stay listed in your dashboard with their lessons locked until you renew.

Yes, from Subscription in your dashboard (Manage plan). Adding Qudrat or Tahsili is priced there before you pay and opens right after the payment is confirmed, until your current end date. Removing a programme or choosing another duration takes effect at your next renewal: everything you paid for stays until then, and the new price is shown as your next payment. Nothing is charged without your agreement.

Automatic renewal is offered only where a card can be saved to your account: you agree to it at checkout, the subscription then renews at the interval you chose at the price shown before you paid, and your dashboard shows the next payment amount and date. If you cancel, renewal stops at once: your access continues until the paid end date, nothing more is charged and nothing is refunded automatically; you can turn renewal back on before that date. While saving a card is not offered, nothing is charged automatically and your plan simply ends on its end date. If your plan has already ended you can still sign in: your courses, progress and receipts stay on the account, and you renew from Account → Subscription (Renew the same plan) or from the Plans page.

On the checkout page, under “Have a discount code?” beside the order total: enter the code and press Apply — the price updates before you pay. A code entered before you have an account is checked right after you sign in or create your account. One code applies per order and only within its own conditions (the plans, durations or accounts it was issued for, its dates and its usage limit); a code that does not apply is refused with the reason.

Every account has one free school-grade change per academic year, whatever the subscription duration. Make the change from Subscription in your dashboard: it applies at once and your access end date does not change. An additional change in the same academic year costs SAR 25, paid in Manage plan before it applies. Unused changes do not carry over, and renewing, changing the duration or leaving and returning does not add another change in the same academic year. The next free-change date will appear in Manage plan once the academic calendar is confirmed.

Send your request through the Contact Us form within 7 days of the payment and quote the receipt number shown under Payments and receipts in your dashboard (the "Request a refund" link there opens the form with it). Our team reviews every request and replies by e-mail. Sending a request does not stop your access.

Use the Contact Us page or write to info@cosqool.com. The support assistant on the website and the study advisor in the dashboard are automated helpers: for account, payment or refund questions they will point you to Contact Us rather than answer for the team.

In Profile & account → Parent reports, add a parent's email address. The parent first confirms the address, then separately authorizes sharing; after that, progress reports can be prepared for them. A parent can also switch Kids Mode on for a younger student and lock it with a PIN.

Open Profile & account from your picture in the dashboard header. Personal details holds your name, phone number and email, your avatar or uploaded photo, and the interface language (Arabic or English). Changes are saved with the Save changes button.
